Please follow the below steps:
1. Identify the journals which publish work of your field from the list
2. Have a look into their format of article submission
3. Format your work as per the format generally most of the journal text lows like ( Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Research Methodology (including sample, hypothesis etc.), Analysis & Discussion, Future Scope of research and reference
4. Prepare manuscript within the words mentioned by the journal
Yes, you can include your work like other authors but never use the term like "Our earlier work", "My last work" etc.
