How to publish a paper? Need to know how to prepare to publish a technical paper

You can explore the following approach:

Ensure you complete your research - following information pertaining to your research should be available (it's ok they are in bits & pieces): research problem, research objectives, research questions, literature review, conceptual framework / research model, research method, data collection / experimentation, data analysis & result findings.

Before writing your manuscript - checkout what journal you want to publish for your technical paper e.g. ISI journals, Open Access journals etc. by reading their requirement for writing & submission (you can prioritize them in sequence so that when first journal rejected you, you can fall back to second journal for submission etc.)

Based on a particular journal requirement / format, write down all the needed sections based on your above #1 - pen down all the contents, literature, data collected, results generated, discussion & conclusion in draft mode.

Take a break e.g. 1-2 days then continue to read the manuscript for further improvement including typo error, grammatical error etc. in proper sentences etc. (you might need to repeat this for numerous rounds).

Get your close friends / colleagues / supervisors etc. to review & comment - after that do all the needed changes / corrections & let them review again.

Submit your manuscript to the journal & take reviewers' critiques positively before improving your manuscripts - resubmit to the same journal if possible, if the journal rejected your manuscript, try to submit to the next journal in line / based on the priority list you setup in above #2.

Above step #6 can be repeated numerous times until your manuscript is finally accepted by one of the journals (don't give up - you need to have passion & perseverance to fuel this exercise until your technical paper is published).

in my simple opinion, publish article in the journal especially the high impact need some tools to achieve. Firstly: scientific content in the research which it come from literature review and research problem. secondly, hypothesis and the limitation of research very important to build originality in the research. Finally, data analysis is also important to achieve the hypothesis through what is the research could contributed in the life and from data analysis should solving the problem
