Does anyone know a good way to do species-area or species sampling effort curves in R. I used to be able to do them in an R package called iNEXT but it doesn't seem to work anymore.
Also is there a good way to predict (i) the number of species that one can find in an area from the curve (is there some code I can use to do that?)? (ii) the number of sites/ or sampling effort I will need to obtain a reasonable sampling. What is a decent cut off point?
