How to previous solution is used for the remeshing?

Initially, I got a solution vector (U1) after running the comsol. now this comsol solution vector is transferred to phreeqc software and get a new solution vector(U2).

now I want to reinitialize the comsol using a new solution vector (U2) that came from phreeqc and remesh the geometry.

please tell me how to give a new solution vector(U2) as input to comsol and remesh...

I don't know what kind of Module you are using. but you must export your geometry as mesh from the "dataset" section under the "Results". then add a new Mesh and import the exported mesh into it. Then in the "study" options, you must choose the new Mesh. I think you can find more information about it in the COMSOL Blogs.
