Callus production and callus growth is a big problem for me in some of my Lilium Varieties in Bulblet Growth Stage . I use 90G sugar with 0.1mg NAA for bulblet growth but my bulblets produce callus and some of bulblets show vitrification. I use 16 * 100 glass test tubes for growth stage with 50 ml falcon tubes .

Try 3 uM BA and 5% sucrose, that work very well with turmeric rhizome.
Thank you , I will use Auxin free medium to see if it help to eliminate callus production in my bulblets .
you can use siliver nitrate as it reduces callus formation.
