Dear all,

I have performed an ELISA assay for which there are many data points at the lower limit of detection. When presented on an xy scatter plot these points at the LLOD on the x-axis cluster such that they are indistinct / merge which, is not ideal. I have tried making the data points smaller but they would have to be extremely small to be individually distinct making the plot very difficult to read.

Is there another legitimate way to present them within this plot?

Could I present these plots within a clearly defined and marked narrow vertical rectangular area rather than on a line?

Your ideas appreciated,

James
