i think you can dislove dry sample first with approprate solvent may be HCL (g/l)and then make mgm/l standard solution from the first makeup and again make ug/ml Series solution. incubation is must for 6 hrs

for method calibration and quality control use different concentration of the standard solution used before sample analysis.

for real assay make centrifugation and Supernatant or clear suspension is possible
