How to prepare sodium malonate buffer for manganese peroxidase activity?

Hi, everybody

I'm currently producing manganese peroxidase and I need to assay its activity. I'm planning to use the Wariishi's method, it requires to prepare sodium malonate buffer 100mM pH 4.5. Could you help me in the calculation of each components?
