For preparation of sodium phosphate buffer you will require both Na2HPO4, MW 141.96 g/mol (dibasic sodium phosphate) and NaH2PO4, MW 119.98 g/mol (monobasic sodium phosphate). You can first prepare a stock solution of both separately and then prepare a final buffer of desired pH by slowly adding the monobasic to the dibasic solution.
Later you can dilute it to your desired concentration.
A buffer is a solution containing either a weak acid and its salt , so there is no thing called sodium buffer , but if you mean sodium phosphate buffer you can use the information's wrote by Mrs. Parismita Kalita
