Place the copper mesh in the electrospinning device for 2-3 seconds

According to my experice, you have 2 choices.

1- As our friend mentioned you can take the copper mesh from the TEM plate and put it inside the collector of your electrospinning device and try to make the fibers onto the mesh.

2- if you have access to a cutting device named "Microtome" you can cut your scaffold in extremely thin slice known as "section" and then place the section onto the mesh.

Dear Debyashreeta Barik,

it depends on the type of the device, model and abilities, you can cut from around 40nm to 100 μm.

Usually the ones which are used in pathology laboratories can be a good choice.

If you search the key word: "Microtome, TEM microscopy" you will find a lot of literature about it.
