Julie Joseph i hv read the procedure, but im still curious is it true just 250ml water into the bottle? Meaning the total 10g powder mix with 250ml water right? Because the reagent is in this kind of bottle

That's what I would think. If you want to be extra sure, call Sigma technical support and they would be able to confirm it for you. If it is true, then I would make smaller aliquots, wrap them in foil and store in the fridge for future use.
