Dear Khan,

The simplest method of preparation of carbon paste electrode is just mix thoroughly 5 g of graphite powder with 1.8 ml of paraffin oil in a mortar with pestle followed by packing onto the rough surface of electrode and smoothed on a clean paper until it had a shiny appearance .

You can use the above method with a piece of glass as a doctor blade method to distribute the mixture, then dry it for some time

Is paraffin oil does not hinder the conductivity? does this parffin based paste works at 60-80 degrees service temperature.
