I want to measure Mott-Schottky plots, never did it before. I am using 0.5 M Na2SO4 as an electrolyte, 1kHz sine, perturbation 10 mV and scan from -1.5V to 0.5V vs. Ag/AgCl.

The material is nanopowder of graphitic carbon nitride. I've tried to press 5mg inside the PEEK tube (3mm diameter) and make a contact. The resistance is extremely high and prevents the measurement.

I also tried to cover an ITO electrode with the suspension. Here, the resistance was too low and I see a flat curve over the potential region.

Obviously, I am doing something wrong.

Any suggestions?
