You can prepare 100 mM SA in ethanol and than add 2 µl of this solution per 1 ml of the water to made 200 µM solution of SA. Good luck!
or you can prepare SA in EtOH and than add NaOH(or KOH) [salt formation] and this solution can dissolve in water. Good luck.
I use only small drop of Et-OH to dissolve SA and add water.

Dear colleagues, how did you achieve avoiding the aggregate? I also need 100mM SA and dissolving is not a problem , but as soon as ethanol and water start mixing together,the solution is milky white and full of aggregate. I tried 96% ethanol, 30% ethanol, DMSO but the problem still remains. Thank you for your help.
