First, you have to peak this fungus to Petri dishes containing specific culture medium for sporulation of this fungus.

First you have to start the culture in a plate allow time for the spore to mature and them harvest de spores. Depending of the spore size is recommended that you use destilled sterile water with 0.1% of Tween 20, this help to collect the spore and maintain them in suspension; also allow to do a more accurate calibration otherwise you might end up with a film of spore on top of your suspension
