How to predict the domain active site of novel protein?

Hi,

I will identify and characterize some genes of nematodes. I have already identified the full-length cDNA using RACE-PCR. The next step, I would like to characterize domain and motif of this protein in amino acid level. What is a suitable program or database for my work.
