You have a model that predictsa result. You also have data that shows an actual result chosse a symbol for the actual data (eg circles) and plot it. Choose a different symbol (eg squares) for the predicted data and plot it on the same plot. Observe errors and consider whether the predictive model needs improvement or not based on the fit.
If you mean non linear regression, you may use Maltab, polymath and other relevant softwares
