i dont know what he means, and how i get statistical significance for fiber diameter.
i have already get the average diameter size using digimizer .
attached is the data of nanofiber diameter .
On the .csv you shared, you have the mean listed with the min and max.
What the reviewer is asking for is that, along with the mean, you present error bars representing, perhaps, the standard deviation, the standard error of the mean, or the 95% confidence intervals for the means.

I don't know what you did for statistical analyses. Does SEM stand for structural equation model ?

SEM stands for scanning electron microscope . I think the reviewer asked to add stand deviation along with the average diameter I already have reported.
