I have a data of comparison of 10 proteins with each other under two parameters i.e 100 entries in the shells of two 10X10 matrix in excell sheet. I want to see whether both of these data sets depict the same trend or are correlated?
If I am not wrong, you have a matrix 10X10 and, you want to check if upper and lower triangle in the matrix is identical or not?
Dilraj Kaur Yes that's what I am asking from my matrix using a graphical method. Actually I have several matrices, out of which this is the smallest. The biggest matrix is of the size 100X100 and that is why I want to find the answer using some sort of graphical visualization.
