I will definitely go through the patent papers.

I need a permanent adhesion with glass surface. I should not be able to remove or peal off the film once applied. I believe statics films are specially made so that they can be removed and reapplied.

Is there any clear adhesive that can be used to glue glass surface with plastic film?

How much adhesion strength do you need? It might be possible to just vacuum anneal the plastic and glass together.

Strength of around 80- 100 bars is required.

Any adhesive based system is more preferable though as its far more user friendly..
