Thanks dear Abhishek for your comments. Actually, I want to perform statistical analysis of my genes working in KEGG pathways in order to check either their involvement in the pathway is statistically significant or not. I read about KOBAS but I think it is Linux based and command based. I was thinking if there is any webtool for that.
