I am a new learner of FACS analysis and will be needing this method for immunophenotyping, i.e to detect certain immune cells. I would like the help of experts to help me with certain procedures to follow which will guide me through the method of analysis.
My goal is to analyze blood and secondary lymphoid organs, such as spleen, for immune related cells of Mice.

I would suggest contacting directly someone that is performing this and collaborating with them. It can get pretty tricky especially with multiple fluorochromes and fluorescence compensation. Anyways, there are kits designed for such use. If you want to do it all homemade, it might get costly because of the antibodies/setup costs. I would also check if there are core platforms performing such task for you which would be way less costly than setting the whole thing up.
