How to Perform and calculate Serial Dilution in a 96 well efficiently ?

I was about to add an enzalutamide drug and check IC50 and later on wanted to do MTT assay in a 96 well plate. But I found the calculation of serial dilution little bit hectic. Is there any easy way to do this ?
