When doing a calibration curve of a specific target on Screen Printed Electrodes do you use a different electrode for each concentration or one electrode for all the concentrations started from the smallest one?
If you use a single electrode with increasing concentrations, you'll almost definitely get false positives. This seems to be a common manipulation of results by biologists in electrochemical sensor research. To account for side reactions, use different sensors on each concentration at least once to determine your detection range.
