Hi all,

I have bought a line of human glia (astrocytes) and want co-culture it with cortical neurons differentiated from iPSCs.

I want to maintain these cells and passage them for future use, I was wondering if you could please share your experience on passaging astrocytes and their maintenance, any special condition media to use? Any preparation on the plates any pre-coating required? And factors to keep the cells healthy?
