I would like to conduct two studies.
In the first study, I will collect data from 200 participants. I need to select around 30 participants from the first study (for two-group) and conduct an experimental study. I would like to pull out the first data ONLY for the selected participants to the second one. I will be using Qualtrics for the survey and the data will be collected anonymously.

If both surveys (study 1 and study 2) are collected anonymously, there's no good way to selectively cull cases from your first study and use them in a second study and match the specific response records by person. Of course, you could ask in study 1 for contact information from respondents, but doing so removes anonymity. However, this may be the only viable option you would have for trying to match information by case or respondent across the two studies.
I believe that Qualtrics can collect IP addresses, but that is neither infallible linkage to a participant nor does it generally meet anonymity requirements imposed by IRB offices with which I have worked.
