Does anybody know how to reduce/oxidize ferredoxin proteins, using non-natural agents (small molecules)? Which method is the best to use?
For the reduction you can try dithionite (alkaline pH) or borohydride. For the oxidation ferricyanide could be suitable
Hi, I also need to oxidize and reduce ferredoxin, so I am wondering do you have a detailed protocol for this? Thanks very much!
I tried to detect spermine using reverse phase HPLC and a derivatization agent, but a peak that I want to see on the chromatogramm is very low and is not significantly different from the base...
