How to overexpress a gene in sertoli cells of mice?

Hello

Can anyone tell me how to do an overexpression of a gene in sertoli cells. I used construct a EGFP-N1 plasmid but it doesn't show GFP in sertoli cells. I need an experts opinion in this experiment. Thanks for your suggestions.
