How to obtain parameters in Redlich-Peterson isotherm in ms-excel. In literature it is shown that we have to vary K value and select plot with max R -square. But in my case there is no change in R-square only line equation is changing.? Please correct, if i am wrong?

To answer your question, we need more details. Your data must be quite strange for the equation of the straight line to change, but the R^2 to remain constant. However, in any case there is no need to linearize your equation and vary K. You can use Excel's Solver add-in to fit directly the full non-linear equation.
