In CST there are different type of solver. From the navigation manu=> simulation

Now: simulation navigation manu you will find solver. Click solver option then you will get all the types of solver life frequency domain, time domain, eigen mode solver etc.

In boundary conditions setting you need to set periodic boundary conditions and then phase advance. By sweeping phase advance and calculating the mode frequency cahnge, you can plot a dispersion curve.
