Attached is the c-v measurement data for a c-Si solar cell obtained using an Agilent 4294A precision impedance analyzer.I have tried to plot the C^-2 vs V but the results doesnt make any sence.Please take a look and uggest the more practical way and show me the results of your calcuulations.

You cannot. Because you need to use not the potential between cathode and anode, but between working and reference electrode, for which purpose it needs to be 3 electrode cell, not 2 electrode.
