Here is a DNA virus named PCV2 and it can be cultured on the PK15 cell. However, what a problem is the propagation of the virus on PK15 is limited.The key step for virus entry and propagation is the receptor of the cell ,So if the receptor number can be improved,that will be a benefit. Anyone can give me some suggestion about it?

3 - 5 min. Rinse quickly by weak BPS. and infect the cells with virus. This is an old but a good way.
The incorporation of the DEAE dextran in the inoculum can increase the adsorption of your virus . Is a canine Parvovirus ? If this is the case, the feline cells are very susceptible to the virus

For rabies virus the dose I used was 0.01g / ml of inoculum. Pharmacia Fine chimicals code No. 17-0350-01. It is possible to make a concentration range near 0.01g to determine the best concentration in your working conditions.
