"Recently, I have observed that Maximum Target to Inject can be modified under Inject Ions for All Available Parallelizable Time option available in ddMSn or tMSn settings in Instrument Method application.

I would like to know how this "maximum target to inject can be modified in the Tune diagnostic" option can be explored in the Thermo Orbitrap Fusion Tune Application (Version 2.0.1258.15)?

And How exactly this will help to increase the acquisition of the number of transitions?"
