In my opinion, If you might have already applied a pre tension to TMT Rod, embed the result file of static analysis into either forced based modal analysis to identify the frequency response or time response plot of the model at various mode shapes to extract the fundamental frequency to till 6 modes or 12 modes.
I am not sure if I have seen complete question. The first response mentioning about modal analysis does address different issue that modelling
post-tensioning prestressed concrete beams. The simple approach if the prestressing cables are straight is to model the concrete and than to aplly force the prestressing cable effect as a force in the place of the end of the cables. The thing is that transient analysis is worth application because due to the effect of time dependent prestress losses. (concrete shrinkage and creep etc.) Than the force shall be time dependent and calculated eg. according to codes. I do not know about particular element type that would do the job.
What I would suggest is to use the IdeaStatica software that was developped particularly to solve the problems of prestressed concrete
