Hello, I am trying to model intrinsic semiconductor in Sentaurus TCAD for electrostatic simulation to develop a sensor. I have seen various works of literature simulated this type of FET sensors but I could not find any examples.
You can make a parameter file named as "~~~.par", and include the command in sdevice.par
#include "~~~.par"
Then, you can use the material defined in the parameter file.
Best regards,
Junsik Yoon
I was hoping If I could get some example code related to this.
