In case of bi-material or multi-material components, fatigue failure takes place at interfaces of the materials. I am trying to model the same. But, I am getting failure at the locations of load and supports. Is it possible to model the failure along the interfaces without providing any crack in the model?

Failure occurs at weakest location, it doesn't have to be interface. In your case, may support is the weakest location. Describe your model and material, support conditions briefly. Otherwise it is difficult to understand the problem.
