How to model cyclic triaxial test in Abaqus?

I am trying to simulate the cyclic triaxial test in Abaqus. From the definition of q (mean deviatoric stress) i.e: sqrt(3*J2) gives always a positive number. How can I get the negative values of q so that I can plot a correct stress path (Figure attached)?
