First you need to tell us what kind of modelling you want: Mesomodelling or Normal (Macro) Modelling of this coupon?
If you are doing mesomodeling you may try to randomize pore locations and model them as voids (without material).
If you are doing normal model you may calculate the net area of some cross sections (= gross are - pore area) and use it in the analysis.
