Hello everyone,

Im preforming antibody staining on A-549 cells in a 96-U well plate for flow cytometry analysis. Usually i start with 40,000-50,000 cells/well, but I've noticed that I lose a massive amount of cells during the washing procedures.

I'll be happy to get any tips regarding the wash/Centrifuging of these cells for flow in U-plate, to minimize cell lose?
