Im working on a caloric restriction (CR) mouse model. The mice undergo 16 hours of fasting, where water is available. I have moved on to GC-1 cell line. What would be the most appropriate method to induce the same response (on a molecular level) in these cells. Can anyone help if you have worked on this before?
