How to measure the transient fluorescence spectrum of perovskite thin film?

Now I want to detect the transient fluorescence spectra by ICCD DDG mode，but failed. How many nanoseconds is the fluorescence lifetime of CH3NH3PbI3? Is the fluorescence process too fast to capture? And the pulsed light can damage the sample.How to measure the transient fluorescence spectrum of perovskite thin film except for the single photon count？
