when i quantified apoptotic bodies by using BCA i got 5ug/ul, my question is ( when i need to use 20ug/ml of these apoptotic bodies in my downstream experiment how should i calculate the exact amount?? how about exosomes could we use the same method for calculation??

for note: my sample (apoptotic bodies ) was lysed in 100ul RIPA before measuring protein concentration by BCA, calculation of result was as usual.
