I am working with microbial fuel cells (MFC), where microbes metabolise and generate electrons, which are transferred for electricity generation. In these studies I am unable to measure current generated and voltage accurately. Can anyone suggest how I can measure MFC output.
Can anyone explain DC load box and any protocol or article on this?
its a simple multimeter, not datalogger.

you can use keithley instrument for voltage and current measurement ....
besides this u need to know some fundamentals through literature survey and as well as you can follow some dedicated websites as suggested by Jan B. A. Arends ....
The circuit current is calculated based on the voltage across
the loading resistor. The resistor voltage is continuously recorded with an electrochemical workstation, The output voltage of the MFC is measured by a multimeter with a data acquisition system.
