I’m looking for an instrument capable of measuring the IR spectrum from the emission of a small solid-state device (10x10µm in area). My target energy is around 0.4ev / 3µm / 3cm-1 .
So far, the only plausible solution I found is to modify an FTIR microscope, with IR source off and feeding the microscope output back into the FT interferometer (ex: with a Bruker Vertex 70V). This is expensive and time-consuming.
Any other possibilities?
