There are different method to measure interfacial tension in lab scale. you can use spinning drop tensiometer, pendant drop method and whimley plate method.

For liquid/gas: DuNuoy Tensiometer, Bubble Pressure, etc.

For solid/liquid: Contact Angle

For liquid/liquid: Drop Weight, Drop Shape, Analysis, Immersed DuNouy
