I use Spadans method. Because of sample turbidity and high TSS, even with filtration or dilution, i cant measure the F concentration.
Does any one have any suggestion fort his problem?
Thank u.
For the measurement of Fluoride , digital Fluoride meter is good option.
You can try ion(F-)-selective electrode.
Effectively the potentiometric method is the most appropriate you have to opt for a combined F electrode
Zhihao you are correct, this is by Fluoride selective ion electrode. Quick , economical and simple technique and easily accessible in market
Thank you every one for your suggestions...
I also advise using a combined fluoride electrode using a Tissab II complexing solution to eliminate possible interferences.
I used VGlu2, and phalloidin Abs so far, but they didn't work. Any advice, suggestion would be great! I appreciate it!
