we working on degradation of AB113 by Advanced Oxidation Processes. Do you need measured only aromatic amines in compounds, or you need measured only concentration of dyes? I dont know what is your purpose. AB113 has maximum at wavelength 574 nm. You can check UV-VIS spectrum between 350 and 800 nm and from maximum peak create a calibration curve.
Here is also our publication. Unfortunately is in Slovak language, but maybe it will be usefull.

If you form amines from the azodye I assume you are using a type of reductive treatment such as zero valent iron. As the azo group is reduced the color is lost. I don't think the product has a clear color.
You could try out to use the colorimetric reaction for aniline that we use to quantify reduction of nitrophenol in the linked paper. It should give a good color that is read at around 680 nm. Briefly the color is developed by first adding hypochlorite and after 15 min reaction time adding NH4+ with a little sodium nitroprusside.

I am treating textile azo dyes by using constructed wetlands and I am fine with COD date, I think the paper that I uploaded on my page included an answer for your question.
