Hi Eri,

It is possible that EVs are eluting in different fractions, especially after multiple usage, have you tested them all? Another possibility, is that the final concentration is too low for detection by WB. Concentrating the combined product fractions with an ultrafiltration filter will improve the chance of successful WB.
