I am working part timely as an editorial staff of a publisher named 'Elite hall Publishing House' for the last 9/10 months. This publisher has 3 journals (2 biannual and 1 quarterly). The good thing is that this journal does not publishes to make any profit. To handle the Open Access costs and printing charges it induces very low APC for the authors (29 Dollars when accepted), but if the authors have any financial problem then it does fully waive the APC.
I have included those journals in some moderately good databases like- University of Barcelona Database, Jordanian University Database, ScopeMed, Proquest, Ebsco and etc. But we are looking forward to make those journals totally free of cost (Open Access with no APC).
Is it possible to find sponsorship for this purpose? The journals links are given below:

We are also trying to get our journals indexed in DOAJ, Researchgate, Scopus and Web of Science. The normal review period of our journals are highest 2/3 months. If a sponsoring body can be found then it will be a very good publishing platform specially for Undergraduate/Graduate students from developing countries. I am not posting this for any advertisement, I just want to help the researchers from under developed and developing countries to publish their researches. I also work for free here.
I am requesting humble opinion and support from all the researchers present in Researchgate who can help me for this noble cause.
