How to make microbe-microbe interaction and calculation of growth inhibition?

I would like to test antagonistic bacteria inhibiting other bacterial growth. Agar diffusion method pretty well works for bactria-fungi interaction. Now I would like to do microbe-microbe interaction methods.

Thank you Arne, I did and I am doing microbe vs fungi but not with microbe vs microbe because off I did not find how to precisely calculate growth inhibition.
